How do you charge your clients?
For hosting service, we only charge for disk space and data transfer usage only. We calculate and charge daily.
For other service like domain registration, we apply common prices from third party vendors.
Does it mean unlimited disk and data transfer?
There is no such unlimited resources.
But you can add more files and get more visitors without worries about exceeding quota.
When you reach a level of huge files and visitors,
we recommend you to move from shared hosting server to dedicated one.
For your own good, we recommend you to move to virtual private server (VPS) or dedicated server (DS) if you reach 200GB disk usage,
because VPS/DS will be much cheaper.
You can move to any VPS/DS providers including us. Yes, we have VPS and DS too.
How do you calculate disk space and data transfer usage?
We collect them from every server nodes daily.
Disk space usage is amount of disk space you used during calculating session including home directory and databases.
Data transfer usage is amount of data transfer (in and out, including web, email, and FTP)
for the whole day during calculating session, not including previous days.
Can I add sub domains, addon domains, email accounts as many as I want?
Yes, You can do it. We do not limit number of sub domains, addon domains, and email accounts. We only calculate disk dan data transfer usage.
Do you provide trial account?
We apologize we do not provide trial account. But you can order an account for a day which is very cheap.
How long my hosting account will be activated after order?
The provision is done automagically. If in stock, it takes under 1 minute after you order if your credit balance is enough.
Can I cancel my order?
Of course. You may cancel your order any time.
What payment method do you accept?
Currently, bank transfer and PayPal. Our one and only bank is PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. We plan to offer other methods near future.
What currency do you accept?
Currently, only Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). For PayPal payment, you should pay in USD and it will be converted to IDR.
Can I request tax invoice of the VAT 10%?
Yes, if you are from registered company in Indonesia. Just provide your tax information.
Do you offer money back guarantee?
We apologize we do not offer money back guarantee at this moment.
Can I withdraw some money from my balance?
Yes, but it can be done manually with extra cost and minimum amount. Just drop us message if you really want to.
Can I transfer my balance to another user?
We apologize you can not transfer your balance to another users at this moment.
My order is suspended, why is it still charged?
Although your order is suspended, but your files remain using disk spaces in our server.
You can cancel the order if you want it to be completely free of charge.
What hosting technology do you use
We use Virtualmin, the stable and mature hosting control panel. For operating system, we use Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
Where are your servers
Our servers are located at NAPINFO data center (Jakarta, Indonesia).
We have 1Gbps local IIX, 1Gbps to Singapore, and 100Mbps to the rest of the world.
We plan to place servers at another data center later.
Can I add custom PHP extension?
Please tell us what extension do you need. If it safe, we can install it.
Do you enable mail() function?
No. We encourage clients to use SMTP to send email.
How many email per hour do you allow?
Due to SPAM risks, we allow 200 email per hours per account.
How much MB attachment do you allow?
20MB
You promised that we should not worry about quota, but there is disk quota in my hosting account, why?
Your disk quota will be adjusted/added daily to prevent disk space usage abuse.
At first hosting account creation, you will have 1GB Disk quota (minimum quota).
The disk quota will be adjusted automatically 30% larger than your current disk space usage.
For example, when you reach disk usage of 1GB, your disk quota will be 1.3GB.
When you reach disk usage of 100GB, your disk quota will be 130GB. And so on.
With this method, you should not worry about disk quota as long as you use your hosting account normally.
Can I use my hosting account for my own specific activities?
Yes, as long as you don't disturb our service, and allowed by regulations of Indonesia. If we receive any valid complaints about illegal activity, we will terminate your account with or without notice.
Can I use my hosting account to send marketing email?
Yes, but at fair level. If our IP is blocked by SPAM because of your activity, we will suspend or terminate your account with or without notice.
